I decided that I have been posting mostly dessert recipes lately. So, I decided I would post our dinner last night. It is not exactly a recipe though just an idea. Last time I made chili I doubled it and froze the extra. Yesterday, I took some out of the freezer and we had it on top of baked potatoes. The picture is not the best but you will get the idea. I served a salad with it. We all enjoyed it.
