Menu Planning Mondays

I have been doing menu planning for quite a few years now, but this is only my second time to post them for meal planning Monday. I find menu planning saves me so much time. I would encourage everyone to give it a try. You can just put down simple things if you do not cook much. Just try to get in the habit. If if seems overwhelming start with just planning three meals a week and see how it goes.
I have included most of the recipes this week.
Breakfast
cereal
yogurt and toast
biscuits and gravy
eggs and toast
Lunch
soup
sandwiches
leftovers
mac and cheese
Dinner
quesadillas and mexican rice
teriyaki chicken, rice, and vegetables
roast, rolls, and salad
chicken pie, vegetables
buttermilk baked pork chops ( I am trying something new. I have tried this with chicken and we really like it, since I have lots of pork I am trying it with pork chops.)
pizza ( I am not sure what kind yet, maybe chicken alfredo) and brownies
leftovers

I always use that exact Mexican rice recipe, and it turns out so well! The buttermilk baked chops look really yummy, I’ll have to try that when I find pork chops on sale next time!
