I have not posted my menu plan the last couple of weeks. I did not get a chance to write it down. I had one but it was mainly in my head. I took the time last night to sit down and plan some meals on paper.
I am trying several new recipes this week. I will let you know how they go. One of the new one that I am trying is Crockpot Grits. I have tried a version before and ended up with a dry, burned mess in the morning. I decided that I am going to try this recipe using this technique. I hope it turns out. I will let you know if it works. I hope I end up with nice creamy grits just like they are supposed to be. 🙂
You will see a lot of salad on the menu this week. That is because we are now picking lettuce from our garden. It is so good we want to eat as much as possible while it is growing.
