Made this tonight and my husband stated, “Best new recipe we’ve ever tried.” Now you have to understand I have made a multitude of Beef Stroganoff recipes, but this one was head and shoulders above the others. Thank you!!

Hi Teresa, I am guessing this serves 4 to 5 adults. I have 3 kids and there is usually plenty left over for my husbands lunch the next day when I make this for dinner. Depends on to what you serve it with. If you add a couple veggies, salad, or bread it would go farther.I hope that helps. I hope you enjoy it.

I use a Reiman Publications’ microwave stroganoff recipe which is very similar…and delicious.
