Meal Planning Monday

I have been posting about trying to cook healthier. My main goal right now is to add more whole grains, mainly whole wheat into our diet. I am trying a few recipes using 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white flour, including Peanut Butter Cookies. But I also have a few non healthy things planned. I plan on making cookies to send to work with my husband and I saw a Paula Deen lemon dessert recipe I want to try. I will let you know how it turns out.
