We have eaten a lot of pork the last two weeks. So, this week we are not having it much. I have sausage and bacon planned and that is it. I guess, I am going to use a ham hock in the bean soup. So, I am going to use a little pork.
Two of the recipes this week are new. One is the black bean soup and the other is the gyros. I have had this crockpot gyros on the menu plan at least once before. For one reason or another it did not get made so we are going to try again this week.
I am also trying to get back to planning breakfast and lunch menus. I do not stick to those as well as I do dinners but at least I have a basic idea of what we have.
Freezer French Toast– I found a pan of this in the back of my freezer and it is dated from several months ago. So, we need to use it up
Biscuits and Gravy
French Toast Sticks- I hope to post this recipe this week. I did not have time to last week.
Boiled Eggs and Muffins
Hamburgers, Cantaloupe, Chips, and Cookies- We are having friends over on Labor Day
Twice Baked Potatoes
Smoothies and leftovers- Sunday night
Breakfast for dinner- Probably Waffles and Bacon
Gyros – I think I will use beef and pork for the meat.
