Menu Plan

Here is this weeks menu plan. I am planning on trying four new recipes this week. I also have several desserts I would like to try this week. I hope to post about those soon.

I made pizza for dinner last night. I used fresh mozzarella. It was so good. I have never bought fresh mozzarella. I have always used the regular mozzarella cheese. I was recently at Sam’s Club and saw that they had the fresh mozzarella. I decided to splurge and buy some. First of all it is great just plain. I sliced it and ate it just like that. It has so much better flavor than what I am used to. I tried it on pizza and it was really good. It melts a little different but it had great flavor. Fresh mozzarella is more expensive but it was so good. I will not be buying this all the time but it was nice for a treat. And it was still cheaper than order pizza at a restaurant.
