I still have a few things left from last years pork. I just can’t seem to get it all used up. This week I am determined to. I want to use a few things from the new meat, like the bacon, but I have told myself that I am not going to, until last years pork is gone. So, you will see a lot of pork on menu this week.
I am also going to go the orchard for one last time this season. Since I am getting apples, I am sure I will make some apple desserts, breads, and muffins, to go with this weeks menu.

Pork Ribs in the Crockpot, potatoes, and vegetables
Homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese ( I am trying a new soup recipe)
Pork Roast ( I am not sure how I will cook it)
Canadian Bacon Pizza and Salad
Chili and Cornbread
