Meal Planning Monday

When I was planning out the menu for the week, I decided not to try any new recipes for dinner. That is rare for me. But I wanted to keep the menu pretty simple since I have a few really busy days.

I will be trying a few new desserts and a new muffin recipe. I am hoping to make one of my favorite muffins a little bit healthier. I will post the recipe if it turns out.


Crockpot Grits and Eggs

Yogurt and Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Cereal and Toast

Eggs and Muffins





Leftover Chili

Buttermilk Baked Chicken

Eat Out

Martha Stewart’s Easy Pasta Sauce, Bread, and Vegetables

Roast and Rice Pilaf, and Vegetables

Hamburgers and Salad

Sloppy Joes (make extra to freeze), Potatoes, and Salad

Desserts and Misc.

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pumpkin Muffins

Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake
