Great recipe, and looks pretty easy, too. Unlike with your son I can’t get anyone to touch eggnog except myself. I buy a half gallon every year and have to work to down it all before it goes bad. Putting it in a pie might be a good way to get some of my family members interested. Thanks for the great idea.

I’ll bet this would make a really good cheesecake pie. Maybe even use cheesecake pie filling.

HI, I’ve made a similar pie for many years. We usually serve it with thawed sweetened raspberries. That is very festive. Thanks for the memories.

MMMM! That looks great. Yankee Bill is another one of those folks who really loves eggnog. I think I put on a couple of pounds last year just from the eggnog (fortified with rum) that he kept feeding me
