Southwest Cheesecake

by Lynn

Life As Mom is having a holiday appetizer recipe swap. This is not exactly traditional but it is really good. It works for any appetizer not just for the holidays.

I have made this savory cheesecake many times. I make it almost every year for our office Christmas party. It is always a hit. I have also made it for church functions. We also served it at my sisters wedding reception. I like to use this recipe around the holidays. It is easy to make and it serves a lot of people.

I serve it on a platter with tortillas chips around it. I like to use a variety of chips like blue and corn. This is also good served on crackers.
