Meal Planning Monday

This week is really busy for me. I have a lot of do to get ready for our office Christmas party that is at my house on Friday. I am making eleven desserts plus appetizers. I will post the recipes over the next two weeks. I hope to start posting them on Tuesday. If you see something on the list below that you want a recipe for, please leave a comment and I will be sure to post the recipe sometime in the next two weeks.

Since I have so much to do this week, I have planned an easy menu. Several of the meals will be freezer meals that I made awhile ago. I will also have my husband bring home pizza on Thursday which will be my busiest day to prepare things. I will buy some vegetables and bread to go along with these meals when I go grocery shopping.

Spaghetti pie, freezer meal ( I hope to post this recipe soon, it is really good)

  1. 11 desserts? Holy cow! They sound wonderful.

  2. I know I go a little crazy on desserts. But I give each family a platter or dish as a gift. They get to fill it up before they leave with whatever they want. So, I always make a lot extra so that there is plenty for everyone to take home.

  3. Thanks for the comment!

The desserts look yummy! I have got to learn to make more desserts :)
