The last couple of weeks I have not been in the cooking mood, so I kept things simple. Well, I think I am finally back in the cooking mood. Yesterday, I made foccaccia and today I made some Chocolate Bread, I will post that recipe soon. I hope to get back to healthier cooking and healthier posts now that the holidays are over.
Here is this weeks plan for dinners.
cabbage, potatoes, and sausage (my husband likes cabbage so I try to cook it occasionally)
barbecue pork, oven potatoes, and salad
