Last week’s menu plan did not go quite as planned. I had a few things that needed to be used up, so I changed things around in order to use those food items. One of the things I needed to use up was cauliflower. I made a really good soup with it and I will post the recipe soon.
I also had a sick child part of the week, so I decided to change the menu around to make something that would be better for her.
So, this week you will see a few things from last weeks menu on it. I also have a short menu plan this week. We will probably eat out once because we have a bunch of errands to run one evening. My husband will also be at a meeting one night, so I will plan something easy or get a Papa Murphy’s pizza.
Here is my dinner plan.
Thai Turkey Tacos
Minestrone Soup and bread
Barbecue pork sandwiches and sandwiches
Beans, rice, and quesadillas
Leftovers

I love to cook and bake, and it is a good thing, because my family loves to eat. I live with my husband and three kids on 43 acres in Northeastern Oklahoma. Between homeschooling, helping in my husband’s dental office, working on our property, taking care of three dogs, and raising hogs as a side job/hobby, I am constantly on the go like most of you.
Thai Turkey Tacos sound interesting! I’d love to hear how that goes.
Thai turkey tacos – that is defintiely putting a twist on the traditional tacos.
I have launched a Free Menu Planner you might like to check out. Have a great week!
