I am really looking forward to getting back to cooking this week. I have several new recipes that I want to try and several old ones that I have not made in a long time. I plan on doing quite a bit of baking this week also. I want to make bread at least once and also cinnamon rolls. I also need to make peanut butter cookies because they are used in the crust for a pie I am going to make. I am trying a new cinnamon roll recipe. I hope that is will be a more healthy version of a cinnamon roll.
This week is also my husband’s birthday and he requested steak for dinner and peanut butter pie for dessert.
