Thank you all for your nice comments on my one year blog anniversary post last week. It was great to hear from all of you about what you like and what you would like to see more of. You all basically said you like it the way it is. So, that is what I will continue to do. A little bit of everything.
Several mentioned that they would like to see more crockpot meals, so I am going to try to start posting more of those. I seem to make the same few crockpot things over and over, so I need a good reason to try some new crockpot recipes. I already have a few new ones in mind to try.
Here is this weeks plan. It is pretty basic. I have a couple of really busy days so I am planning crockpot and freezer meals most of the week. I hope to make a whole wheat carrot cake and also some cookies, but I will have to see how the week goes.

oatmeal and muffins
cereal
Lunch
leftovers
sandwiches
Dinner
venison steak, potatoes, gravy, and vegetables
potato soup and sausage
roast, potatoes, and carrots
apricot chicken over rice
pork carnitas and beans
freezer lasagna
pizza or out

Your meals look yummy. I am also trying out a few new crockpot recipes this week so I’ll try to feedback how they go later in the week.
I am looking forward to hearing how your vanilla extract turns out too. I never realised the alcohol content before!
