This week is a busy week for me. I have tried to keep the meals simple. I never got apricot chicken made last week so you will see that on the menu again. Last week I did get boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.58 lb. That is a really good deal, at least for where I live. So, you will be seeing a lot of chicken on the menu this week.
We also have a church conference next week and we provide meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch. So, I will be doing a lot of cooking for that.

Apricot chicken over rice
fried rice
Asian ground beef and peppers
pizza
Taking to church:
crockpot macaroni and cheese, deviled eggs, and no bake choc. cheesecake
meatloaf, something else but not sure
, and rocky road candy ( I may change this dessert)
