		<description>We bought 1/4 of a cow and also got the tail.  It is still in the freezer because it grosses me out, but my husband wants to eat it.  (What is it with men?  Or, what is it with us women who are so grossed out?)  Maybe I will try this recipe for him.  Thanks!</description>

		<description>I never thought of it that way, of course I never saw it in actual tail form either.  When I get it at the grocery store it&#039;s just cut into pieces.  I&#039;m glad you made this and you like the veggies in it. It really will make good broth!!</description>
