I have found quite a few interesting links lately and several recipes that I would like to try. I thought you might enjoy them too, and if I post them I won’t forget about them.

Jen at Frugal Upstate has some great tips on using lettuce.
Phoebe has been busy canning and has a recipe I want to try for Jalapeno Jelly. She also has a great tip for making blackberry jelly, I think I am going to try her trick with peaches.
Amy did a whole post about zucchini and links to a bunch of recipes that she has found. So if you need to use up some zucchini you may want to look at her post. She also posted a really easy recipe for Taco Grande and it looks really good.
Toni has a great post on how to get a real person when calling companies. I have not tried this, but plan to next time I make a phone call to a large company.
Two food blogs that I love are Bob’s Red Mill and Artisan Bread In Five. I recently added both to my reader because I kept going back to them.
