Fajitas in a crock pot? I have to try this one this weekend. Thank you for the recipe! Baked Apples are also delicious when cooked in a crockpot, plus they compliment the fajitas nicely.

Oh this sounds awesome! We love all Mexican food. This is different from the recipe I have been using, but sounds like a must try! And especially the homemade seasoning!
