The last few weeks I have not really been in the menu planning mood. Last week I let the kids pick the menu and that went pretty well. This week I am finally back in the cooking and menu planning mood. In fact I am trying five new recipes this week. I hope they all turn out well.
Here is the plan.
slow cooker vegetarian chili (this looks like a really healthy version of chili so I decided to try it)
chipotle chicken and rice and vegetables
southwest beef pie and salad
chicken and rice soup
