Allie, I usually defrost them the night before and just leave them out on the counter to defrost so that we can have them for breakfast. You can eat them just like this, but we prefer to microwave them for 45 seconds or so each, and warm them one at a time. Just to warm them a little bit. I hope that helps.

Theresa, I have not had good luck freezing any dough. I just don't like the way dough turns out when frozen, so I have never thought to try it with cinnamon rolls. If you try it let me know how it turns out.

I was wondering if you had ever tried freezing the rolls before you bake them. Like you find in the freezer section of the grocery store? If so did you flash freeze them first or freeze them in the pan? Thank you!

So glad you posted this. I've only just made my first batch of cinnamon rolls this weekend. I kept putting it off because I couldn't figure out how to get it done for breakfast in the morning. If I can bake them ahead and freeze, then all I have to do is heat them up for breakfast in the morning; definitely a time saver.

Thanks so much.
