I am not big on processed stuff like Cool Whip, but this sounds so easy and light, that I am going to give it a try. With the cream cheese, it’s got to be heavenly.

I made this tonight and put it into a Nilla Wafer crust. It made too much for one pie (2 small pies would work). It was very good!!
