Made these yesterday… very yummy, peanut butter middles were delicious, but the semisweet chocolate was very rich. Next time I will make them with milk chocolate chocolate chips, mmm… Thanks for posting!

This looks more like 2 layers of chocolate than a peanut butter cup – which actually looks even better! I’m a huge white chocolate fan, so I bet these would taste awesome.
