Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Dessert

by Lynn

I recently layered my peanut butter pudding with my chocolate pudding in a trifle bowl and took it to a church dinner, and everyone loved it. In fact several people asked me for the recipe.

I made this because I needed a quick, easy, and frugal dessert that would feed a lot of people. This was all of those things and worked great. Not only that what better combination is there than peanut butter and chocolate.

Sometimes the simple desserts are the best. I never would have thought to pair those 2 together. Yum!

Would the PB pudding recipe work with reduced fat PB?

@prayerbear, I have not used reduced fat peanut butter before so I am not sure. But I think it would be worth trying to see. I am guessing it would work ok.

This is a great idea! Necessity is the mother of great inventions!

I’ve never seen or even heard of peanut butter pudding before, but I have a few relatives who would absolutely love it.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Peanut butter pudding is my all-time favorite!
