Chocolate Tres Leches Rice Pudding

by Lynn

Rice pudding is an old fashioned classic dessert. People have been making it for a long time, and there are a lot of different versions.

I have tried many versions of rice pudding, but this one is my current favorite. I love it.

I made this rice pudding a little bit more special by using sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. What isn’t good with those two ingredients in it?

Oh wow, that does look like quite a treat! One question though – the time estimate is missing from the step of cooking on low until thickened (and chocolate is melted). I know I could just try it and see, but I like to have an idea of how long a recipe is going to take before I take up valuable evening hours making it. (Because rice pudding is indeed best warm, I agree!)

@Jes, I am sorry about that. I fixed it. It just takes a few minutes to for it to thicken and the chocolate to melt. About 3-4 minutes. I hope that helps and that you enjoy it.
