My mom makes this.. it is wonderful..
brown chops in pan.. for a bit.. do not cook all the way thru..
place in baking dish.. cover with sliced uncooked potatos.. ( Mom makes extra for me.. )
then pour over 2 cans of baked beans..( might need three if you have alot of potatos) rinse the cans with a bit of water swirl and pour over too.. cover with tin foil and bake at like 350 until the potatos are done.. 20-30 mins..
YUMMY!

@kathleen, I usually keep leftovers just a couple of days. I probably error on the side of caution on that one. I also freeze leftovers if we have too many.

My Mom used to make pork chops by placing thin sliced pork chops in a cake pan and adding a mixure of 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup Coke (or any dark cola). They would come out real tender with a nice bbq sauce on them.

How long do you keep leftovers? So much of our food goes to waste cause I don't know how long I can keep it. I lol to do pork and saurkraut.altogether in a skillet. I also coat chops in taco seasoning and serve with Spanish rice.

Pork Chops and Sauerkraut (sounds gross but it's awesome)

Rinse and drain a jar of sauerkraut (I think my jar is about 12 oz). Layer sauerkraut in crockpot with 6 pork chops. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
