Asian Noodle Soup

This Asian Noodle Soup is perfect for fall and winter.

This is an easy, filling, and healthy soup that my whole family enjoys. It is one of those soups that is wonderful on a cold day.

This recipe makes a large pot of soup, but you could easily half the recipe.

    This looks good. My daughter loves Raumen noodles, but we have taken her off gluten. This might be a good substitute. I will keep it in mind to try. Thanks for the idea.

    • @Karin Goodman, I think you could easily adapt the soup also if she did not want the cabbage or chicken in it. Ramen in kind of just broth and noodles, so she might be happy with just the asian rice noodles in the broth part.
