Gluten Free Menu Plan { March 24th-30th}

I am keeping the gluten free plan simple this week. The gluten free waffles and muffins are perfect for the freezer, so be sure to make a big batch and freeze some to use later.

Here is the plan. As always read labels to be sure everything is gluten free.

Breakfast

Sorghum Waffles– Make extra to freeze

Gluten Free Banana Muffins and Yogurt

 

Homemade Granola– Use gluten free oats

Dinner

 

Tuna Melt Quesadillas– Use corn tortillas

 

Easy Crock Pot Roast– Use homemade onion soup mix

 Mexican Chicken Lasagna– Use corn tortillas

Bacon and Tomato Pasta– Use gluten free pasta and bacon

 

One Pot Spaghetti– Use gluten free pasta


Mexican Pork Chops

 

Potatoes and Sausage– Use gluten free Sausage

Dessert of the Week
