Gluten Free Menu Plan {March 3rd-March 9th}

I am keeping the gluten free plan simple again this week.

Here is the plan. I made notes next to each recipe with what you need to be sure is gluten free, but as always be sure to read labels and use gluten free pasta, soy sauce, etc.


 Baked Eggs in Cream

Oven Pancakes

Breakfast Bowls– Be sure your sausage and hash browns are gluten free.


Skillet Lasagna– Use gluten free pasta

Crock Pot Carrot Soup

 Crock Pot Chicken 

Slow Cooked Tamale Casserole– Use gluten free cornmeal and taco seasoning

 Crock Pot Haystacks over rice

Leftover Haystacks over potatoes

Breakfast for Dinner- Gluten Free Pancakes

Gluten Free Dessert of the Week

Homemade Coconut Pudding

And Quinoa Brownies
