I am currently in Oregon, headed back to Oklahoma later this weekend, after spending the last week in Oregon.
We are on our way back from a quick trip to visit family in Oregon. We had a great time and were able to enjoy a few days at the beach. Traveling gluten free, and dealing with nut allergies, is always a challenge, but we made it work and had a great time.
I made notes next to everything that needs to be sure is gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
Gluten Free Chocolate Cherry Scones and Eggs
Maple Sausage Pancake Muffins using GF Pancake Batter
Pepperoni Spaghetti Pie– Use gluten free pasta and pepperoni
Taco Fries– Be sure your taco seasoning is gluten free
Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches– Use gluten free soy sauce and eat without bread or use gf bread
Sweet and Sour Chicken– Use gluten free soy sauce
