Gluten Free Menu Plan{February 16-22}


We are keeping the plan pretty simple this week. We have added some dairy back into our diet and I hope to do a post about that soon. We learned a lot going dairy free in January and have made a few minor adjustments to our diet. I will share about that soon.

Here is the gluten free menu plan for the week. I made notes next to the items that need to be gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
