Menu Plan {February 23rd – March 1st}

Oven Tacos-

I am finally starting to feel better after being sick all week. I am far from back to normal, but I can see some improvement, which is very nice. Thank you all for your kind comments and emails. They mean so much and I appreciate them!

I still can’t move about too much or I get out of breath very quickly, so my girls are helping me out a lot around the house and in the kitchen. It is so nice that they are at an age they can do that. I based the meals this week on meals I knew they could easily make, although if they are willing to do the cooking, I might just let them have free range to cook whatever they want.
