I debated on whether or not to put ham recipes on this week’s gluten free menu plan. I decided not to because I know not everyone will be eating ham. Or if you are eating ham, you might not have any leftovers. I did however only put six meals on the plan because I figured most of you would be eating a large Easter dinner on Sunday.
Here is the plan. I made notes next to ingredients that you need to be sure are gluten free, but as always read labels to make sure your ingredients are safe for your family.
Easy Mexican Eggs ( Be sure to sue gluten free sausage)
Gluten Free Corn Oatmeal Pancakes and Bacon (Breakfast for dinner)
Flora’s Cornflake Chicken ( She gives directions for making it gluten free)
Tuna Skillet ( Use gluten free pasta)
Chili (Make extra for Chili Fries)
