That Strawberries and Cream Baked Oatmeal has been on the menu a lot at our house lately. It is perfect because strawberries are in season. And it works with blueberries too. It is also perfect because it is a good example of regular food that is easy to make gluten free simply by using gluten free oats. It is a favorite summertime breakfast at our house.
Here is this week’s gluten free menu plan. I made notes next to the items you need to be sure are gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.

Skillet Tamale Pie– Use gluten free taco seasoning and gluten free cornmeal
Sausage Burgers– Use gluten free bbq sauce
Egg and Soy Sauce over Rice– Use gluten free soy sauce
