Meal Plan

The last few weeks I have not really been in the menu planning mood.  Last week I let the kids pick the menu and that went pretty well.  This week I am finally back in the cooking and menu planning mood.  In fact I am trying five new recipes this week.  I hope they all turn out well.

Here is the plan.


fried rice

slow cooker vegetarian chili (this looks like a really healthy version of chili so I decided to try it)

chipotle chicken and rice and vegetables

pork tacos

southwest beef pie and salad

chicken and rice soup

  1. Ohh, that’s brave of you to try 5 new recipes in a week. If I try to sneak in two, I get the whines from my kidlet and the hubby, whose palette is worse than my five year olds 😉
