Nakano Vinegar and A Giveaway

I was recently sent a bottle of Nakano Seasoned vinegar to try. I have used Nakano vinegar before in salad dressings and other recipes, but I had never tried one of their seasoned vinegars. So, I was glad to be able to try one of the flavors out.

Along with the bottle of vinegar I received a booklet with several recipes in it.

We love potatoes, so the Tangy Pan Fried Potatoes in the booklet immediately caught my attention.

I gave the recipe a try last week and we really enjoyed it. I liked how adding the vinegar  gave a simple dish like pan fried potatoes an extra tang and depth of flavor. I will definitely be making these potatoes again

I am also looking forward to trying this vinegar in homemade salad dressing.
