Christmas Breakfast Recipes

I love to make Christmas Breakfast special and I thought I would share a few of our favorites with you today.

Baked egg cups are always a favorite in our house and they are very easy to make.

Oven Omelet Roll is also a favorite and is a very impressive, but easy breakfast to make.

And we can not forget about the two recent recipes I shared.

Orange French Toast is a recipe that I have been making for years.

And Double Chocolate Baked Oatmeal is a new favorite in our house that is perfect for the holidays.

Do you do anything to make Christmas breakfast special?

  3. I usually make Overnight Baked Custard French Toast but this year I’m making it for tomorrow, because we don’t want to miss it and wanted to make Overnight Cinnamon Rolls (from Saving Dinner) and an Overnight Crockpot Egg Casserole I saw on Pinterest.

  4. Yes, I do the same Christmas breakfast each year and we look forward to it.
We have the sausage, bread, egg casserole that you can make up the night before – I bake it while we open presents. And I always mix OJ with ginger ale and serve in tall glasses to make it special for the kids.

  5. I am making this for breakfast on Christmas….http://homeschoolblogger.com/martha/767444/

  6. I just love the look of the egg cups, but haven’t tried them yet. Bookmarked, pinned, but not made ๐Ÿ™‚
But the Oven Omelet Roll we had for breakfast-for-dinner, and then my daughter made it again with all different fillings for her church group – both groups loved it! Thanks

  7. I made your oven omlete roll a few weeks ago and it was a huge hit. I should have made 2. ( I have a family of 8) I am making it again for CHRISTmas morning. My hubby is really looking forward to it! As am I!

  8. I made the Oven omelet roll for family brunch this morning…using bacon, portabella mushrooms, fresh spinach and swiss cheese as my fillers. It was a HUGE hit and SO EASY to do! Even the kids said that want this one again! Thanks for sharing!
