Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

These gluten free cinnamon raisin oatmeal muffins are one of those foods that works great for many things. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, snacks, or even dessert.

Make a big batch of these over the weekend and you will have a quick breakfast on the go during the week. Or make a large batch and freeze them for lunch boxes and snacks for your kids.

Simply, delicious, and pretty healthy. I love gluten free recipes like that.

  1. These look really good, Lynn! You have a beautiful muffin tin too — can I ask the brand? And, how does it clean? I love making muffins but absolutely detest cleaning them…. just wondered how yours does?

  2. I’m wondering what brand of gluten free quick cooking oats you use. I’ve really only found Bob’s Red Mill old fashioned oats that are GF, but I’d like to make these. They look and sound wonderful!

    • I use Bob’s Red Mill gluten free quick oats. I have found them at Whole Foods, but I usually order them from Amazon because they are cheaper through amazon. They do usually cost more than the gluten free old fashioned ones though. I would say if you have gf old fashioned ones try them in the recipe and if you like the taste, but not the texture use the quick the next time.

  3. Do these work with regular flour as well?? Would the measurements be the same (1 c flour)?

  4. These are great! Made them this morning – perfect for a damp rainy day in Ontario! Someone asked about oats – I buy only oats – http://www.onlyoats.ca – they are Canadian, from Saskatchewan and a 1 kg bag is 6$ WAY cheaper then Bob’s ( although maybe Bobs in the US is less expensive then in Canada). They do ship and no I don’t work for them, just a happy customer!

    • I am glad you enjoyed them. And thanks for sharing that brand of gf oats. I had not heard about them, so thanks for sharing with my readers.

  5. Hi Lynn, I just came across your site through this recipe on Pinterest, and I’m so glad I found your blog! It’s a wonderful resource for recipes. My family is gluten free (my daughter has celiac) so we’re always on the look out for delicious and healthful ideas. I can’t wait to try out this recipe!

    • Thanks. I am glad you found my site and are enjoying it. I love sharing recipes and ideas for making the the gluten free life easier. And I love sharing food that is regular food that just happens to be gluten free. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Can brown rice flour be substituted for white rice flour?
