Menu Plan {March 17th-March 23rd}

This week for us brings a birthday and a visit from Grandma. This means a birthday request of chocolate gravy and biscuits for breakfast and it means grandma will get a taste of a true southern treat.

And I know it will be her first time experiencing chocolate gravy, because that is not a food that is often enjoyed for breakfast in Oregon. Hopefully grandma likes this southern treat.

Here is the plan for the week.

Oven Pancakes

Breakfast Biscuits (Working on some new breakfast recipes for the freezer)

Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits ( Birthday Breakfast)

Pizza ( Birthday Dinner)

Slow Cooked Corned Beef and Cabbage ( My husband loves corned beef so I usually buy it this time of year when it is on sale for St. Patrick’s Day.)

Oven Tacos

Easy Crock Pot Roast

Mexican Pizza

 Porcupine Meatballs

Potatoes and Sausages

Dessert of the Week

Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Porcupine meatballs! When I was little, that was my very favorite thing for my dad to make and we had it at least once a week. I had totally forgotten about that. Thanks for reviving a childhood memory 🙂

  2. I grew up in Oklahoma, but I have never heard of Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits until today! Maybe because my parents were Yankees… Anyway, great menu plan, as always!
