Menu Plan

I am beginning to feel like we skipped apple season and went straight to pumpkin season. I am seeing pumpkin recipes everywhere. Don’t get me wrong I love pumpkin recipes in the fall, but I love apples too.

Since it is still September, I am not quite ready to move to the pumpkin recipes yet. I am still in the mood for apple recipes, so I put a few apple recipes on the menu plan this week.

  1. Lynn-

Wanted to let you know that I really APPRECIATE AND LOVE the Menu Plan posts. We all get in a rut and it is so NICE to see what your family is having. I am continually inspired by these post. Like – I never have heard of those ham sandwiches before! My husband won’t eat relish but I’m betting I can make them without relish and they will be great. We often make “BBQ ham” which is reheating ham in BBQ sauce until thick and caramelized and we love that, so thinking he will like these also. The tuna cheese quesadillas also sound wonderful! Love the variety this menu has in it for things I never think to make.

Thanks again for all the wonderful ideas you have that you share with us. Eating a pancake muffin I write this…

    • Thank you so much! I am so glad that you enjoy the menu plans. I have debated quite a few times about continuing them, but I have so many readers that love them for recipe ideas each week, that I can’t give them up. I love doing them, so they aren’t going anywhere. 🙂 I have made ham many different ways, but I don’t ever remember having it with BBQ sauce. I am going to have to try that next time I have leftover ham. I think my family would love it that way. Enjoy your pancake muffin. 🙂

  2. Lynn-here how I do the BBQ ham. It’s a family favorite at my house!
