Four Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies
Four chip chocolate chip cookies is a version of my favorite chocolate chip cookie made better with four different kinds of chips.
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 2¼ cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well blended.
  4. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Let cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes then remove to wire rack to cool.
