5 Ingredient Chicken Burrito Casserole
5 Ingredient Chicken Burrito Casserole is a quick and easy dinner perfect for any night of the week.
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cut into chunks
  • 1- 15 ounce can white chili beans ( I use gluten free ones)
  • 1½ cups salsa verde or green salsa
  • 1 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar or jack cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas or about 10 corn tortillas ( I use corn tortillas or gf tortillas)
  1. In a bowl combine cooked chicken, white chili beans, and half of the salsa.
  2. Line a 9x13 pan with half of the tortillas. Cutting if needed to fit the pan.
  3. Spread the meat mixture on top of the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkled with half of the cheese.
  5. Place remaining tortillas on top. Cutting if needed to fit the pan.
  6. Spread the remaining salsa on top.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
