Here is this week’s gluten free menu plan. I made notes next to each recipes on what needs to be gluten free, but as always be sure to read labels to make sure your sausage, chips, tortillas, soy sauce, etc., are gluten free.
Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal – Use gluten free oats
Easy Pasta Sauce over gluten free pasta
Ground Beef Fried Rice – Use gf soy sauce
Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches ( I will use gluten free soy sauce and will serve these on gluten free bread)

Pumpkin Butterscotch Cupcakes– Use a gluten free cake mix, I like King Arthur Gluten Free Cake Mix and be sure the brand of pudding you use if gluten free
