Greek Scrambled Eggs

All three breakfast recipes this week work great for making ahead or making in a large batch to freeze. So make a big batch this weekend for easy breakfasts during the week or freeze some ahead for busy days over the next few weeks.

Here is this week’s gluten free menu plan. I made notes next to the ingredients that need to be gluten free, but be sure to read labels to make sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
