Here is this week’s gluten free meal plan. I made notes next to what needs to be sure is gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
Gluten Free Strawberry Muffins and Yogurt
Homemade Granola– Use gluten free oats
Strawberries and Cream Scones – I might try these with blueberries this week.
Dinner
Slow Cooked Chicken Fajitas– use corn tortillas
Creamy Pasta and Spinach– Use fluten free pasta and gluten free spaghetti sauce
Taco Quesadillas– Use corn tortillas and gluten free taco seasoning
Bacon Cheeseburger Salad– Use gluten free bacon
Grilled Chicken and Tomato Salad
Gluten Free Spaghetti Carbonara
Huevos Rancheros (I need to get a new picture of this. This one is from my early days of blogging)- Use corn tortillas
Gluten Free Dessert of the Week
Gluten Free Chocolate Waffles with berries
