This week I am featuring a few gluten free Thanksgiving ideas and some ways to use those turkey leftovers. Here is the plan.
I made notes next to the ingredients that need to be gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure the ingredients are safe for your family.
Breakfast
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pumpkin Muffins– Use gluten free oats
Dinner
Apple, Bacon, Cheese, Frittata
Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, and Gluten Free Gravy
Gluten Free Chicken and Rice Soup– You can use turkey
Chicken Enchilada Soup– You can use turkey and be sure to use gf enchilada sauce
Gluten Free Dessert of the Week
Gluten Free Pumpkin Dump Cake without Cake Mix
Gluten Free Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
