Has it really been a week since I posted here in my allergy section?! I had planned on sharing my gluten free chocolate waffle recipe this week, but the week came and went and the post is only half done. {sigh…..}
Well, that is life sometimes and right now life is getting done and not much gluten free baking. I will be sharing that chocolate waffle recipe this week though, because you all really need to try them. They were so good!
Here is this week’s plan. I made notes next to each link on the ingredients that need to be gluten free, but as always read labels and check ingredients to be sure they are safe for your family.
Breakfast
Coconut Baked Oatmeal– Use gluten free oats
Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes with Homemade Apple Pancake Syrup
Breakfast Bowls– Be sure to use gluten free sausage
Dinner
Easy Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese
Slow Cooked Fajitas – Gluten Free or Homemade Fajita Seasoning
Tacos– Use gluten free taco seasoning and corn tortillas
Breakfast for Dinner- Eggs over Rice– Use gluten free soy sauce
