I am keeping the gluten free plan simple again. I made notes next to the items that you need to be sure are gluten free, but as always read labels to be sure all ingredients are safe for your family.

Baked Oatmeal– Use gluten free oats
Homemade Granola– Use gluten free oats
Yogurt and Gluten Free Blueberry Corn Muffins

Dinner
Eggs, Rice, and Sausage– Use gluten free soy sauce
Maple Sausage Burgers– Use gluten free sausage and serve bunless or with gf buns
Slow Cooked Chipotle Beef Tacos
Beef and Bean Bake– Use gluten free or homemade taco sauce
Slow Cooked Sticky Chicken– Use gluten free soy sauce
Gluten Free Dessert of the Week
That sticky chicken looks a.ma.zing!
Although we do not eat gluten free, I have found a wealth of your recipes to try this week. I made note of the Bubble Pizza, Sticky Chicken and the Chipotle Beef Tacos. All going on this next month’s menu plan! Thank you Lynn.
Thanks! I am glad you found some new recipes to try. And that Bubble Pizza works great with regular biscuits or even canned biscuits depending on what you like. It should work with biscuits made with regular bisquick as well. That is a recipe that is easy to adapt and everyone loves it! I hope you have a great week.
