Google Ad Question

Edited on March 16th. Google finally helped me. I kept asking questions on the help forum page they have. I left one question a day so I guess they finally got tired of me. 🙂 Problem fixed. Thank you google. I only wish it had not taken four months to fix.

This is a question for those of you that have blogs and use Google Ads. I have had a problem with my account since I started with them. I have tried for months to resolve the problem. They just keep sending me automated responses saying the problem is fixed when it is not. I can’t get anyone to help me. I have tried searching the web, using their help forum, and even their blog and can’t seem to get any help.

They are now displaying public service ads instead of real ads because I have not fixed the problem. But I can’t get help with the problem. I really don’t know what to do or try. Has anyone else had problems getting help from them? Any suggestions?

Is there a way that you can sign up for the ads with a different gmail address? Get a whole new ad set up???

    Twitter about it!

Hey – i just saw your link at Money Saving Mom – I can maybe help talk you through it via email (i’m at choystercash(at)gmail.com) but basically what is happening is that when there aren’t any relevant ads to display they do public service ones. you can uncheck this box though and put up something else…let me know if that makes sense but please do email because i had the same problem last year and was so confused!
